Affordable childcare like Early Head Start allows parents to work, attend higher education, or pursue job training, increasing their earning potential and reducing reliance on government assistance programs. Job training like Our Women in Construction program places women into higher-paying, nontraditional occupations in fields like construction and advanced manufacturing, significantly boosting their earning potential and creating long-term economic security.
